3. Picture Quotes Any wordage you would like under your pictures
4. Your 1Step ID# Can be found on your links with 1Step
5. Email Address Active address please.
6. Phone Number Home or Office
7. Header Choice Choose from above.

$100.00 USD for Setup (Template Only)

$10.00 USD a Month Hosting, First month is included free with setup. The $10.00 hosting fee will be automatically billed without contract 30 days from the time your splash page is considered "live". Cancel anytime.

If payment is not received the page will be temporarily removed from view of the public until such time SolutionsD is contacted to activate the page again.
